Feng Media provides video production, content creation, and social media marketing services. The specific deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the delivered content as specified in their project agreement. Feng Media retains the right to use the work in its portfolio and promotional materials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits and payment schedules, will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Revisions and Cancellations
The number of included revisions will be specified in project agreements. Cancellation policies and associated fees will be outlined in the same.
6. Limitation of Liability
Feng Media's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
